The Friends of the Derwent Valley Line is a voluntary group representing passengers and local communities along the Derby to Matlock Railway Line

           NEW DECEMBER TIMETABLE IMPROVEMENTS

 

FDVL welcome a number of improvements by EMT in the new timetable commencing Sunday 13th December:

  • Better London connections at Derby
  • All trains will stop at all stations
  • Clockface departures from Derby til late evening
  • Earlier arrival of commuter service to Nottingham at 0850
  • Through service to Nottingham also on Saturdays

The next Open Meeting will be held at the Brunswick Inn, Derby on WEDNESDAY 10th February, starting at 1720 hours (Note change of day). Your opportunity to discuss Penalty Fares, the train service etc with Kelly Betchley from Passenger Focus - the Consumer Body which represents the interests of passengers.
